“Our Food, Your Questions”
McDonald’s launched the “Our Food, Your Questions” campaign  to make sure that they always have a clear idea of what their customers truly desire.
McDonald’s knew that it was time to take a stand for:
They knew that people around the world had questions regarding their food, marketing and ethics and they wanted to give honest answers to the people they value most.
And so they did… as a result, their food quality perception scores increased with 61% and brand trust increased with 46%. Once again an illustration that radical transparency pays off!
