Especially with its motorsport successes and the popular AMG option, Mercedes-Benz has gained the respect and trust of many drivers.

Mercedes-Benz is known for high standards in production and especially safety, being the first automobile company to integrate ABS and the famous crumple zone. By constantly improving their cars with new safety assistants and the best possible multimedia experience in a car, Mercedes has earned the title of the best car producer in the world.

It doesn’t matter where you are around the world, you will always see a Mercedes-Benz on the streets. This is what makes the brand so special; the cars you see range from the 1960s up until the newest Maybach S Class, but you always get the sense of safety and luxury.

Events, such as old-timer meetings, are a great way for enthusiasts to come together and talk about their cars and their great experiences with Mercedes.

On the other hand, Mercedes-Benz also organises several fashion weeks all around the globe, promoting and showing the public their newest innovations, whilst also promoting the newest fashion styles.

Also, Mercedes has just opened its first Mercedes Me Store in Hamburg, creating a way for customers to hang out and get in touch with the Brand in a cool atmosphere.

The brands Instagram account currently has 10.5 million followers and interacts with its customers by daily posting fan pictures on their official Instagram account. Furthermore, Mercedes has several local Instagram accounts, such as the German or the Turkish account, focusing on content relevant for the specific region.

Of course, Mercedes-Benz is also active on Snapchat. But they have taken a unique approach to using Snapchat compared to competitors; they use it a as a tool to show customers how events are organised and how campaigns are being developed. Because of this, it feels like you are really one with the brand, making it a unique experience.
